Site update.
1. The cassette unit at level 3 meeting room is repaired and in running condition. (Put under warranty)
2. 2nos toilets FCU at Convention hall level3 are tested. (Drain pipe without jacketing is done)
3. Chiller 3, 4, 5 are in running condition. But chiller4 jamper spoiled, carrier men will come to replace on Wednesday.
4. 24th floor four AHU are tested, thermostats were installed.
5. 24th floor cable tray which blocking the ducting elbow has been moved.
6. One FCU in meeting room, auto-balancing valve spoiled has been by passed.
7. Meeting rooms FCU filters are clean.
8. Testing of lift lobby FCUs from Level12 to Level 23 on progress.
9. Testing of guest room FCUs ended at Level16, will be continued.
Pending job:
1. KEF/KFF remote. I need the supplier ph no. to ask him how to connect the wiring.
2. Chinese Restaurant cassette (12nos) waiting for the power point.
3. The exhaust fans for the construction town temple already order from Liew kruger. He said all fans are mtd. OK?? Beside that, what’s mtd fan??
4. Guest room FCU problem, carrier said we order base on the specification on the catalog. They only supply us what we order. Since the cfm obtained is higher than design, they will raise the issue in their company. I saw them seem like do not want to responsible in this case, and claim that our FCU has placed too near.
5. The maintenance manager En Malik, said that, the guests are not complaining about the high speed sound, because the high-speed uses during day time where people are chatting and watching TV, they will tend to ignore the sound. But the low-speed is selected during night time, the low-speed is too noisy for them to fall asleep. -.-zZ ( I told this to Carrier manager, he face looks like sien 9 jo)
6. The construction town temple, Mr. Yap called me said that ah khoo wanna to place FCU with ducting instead of cassettes at Level 2. And all the cassettes unit used cannot exceed 2.5hp.
